These are the short terms of using ProxyWeb. By signing up and using the service, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, just write to us — we’ll sort it out.
About the service
ProxyWeb provides mobile proxies over the HTTP and SOCKS5 protocols. You can buy a shared port (Shared) or an individual one (Individual).
You get the login and password for your port right after payment — they’re unique to each port and work through our infrastructure.
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime, but we don’t sign up to a strict SLA: mobile networks can be moody, and occasionally things don’t go perfectly.
Account
Use a valid email and protect your password. Whatever happens under your account, we treat as the owner’s action — so if something looks compromised, write to us right away and we’ll help.
One person — one account. Not a rule for the sake of rules: it just makes counting limits and referral payouts easier for both of us.
What you can’t do
We build the service for legitimate work — site testing, analytics, scraping public data, privacy protection, all the good stuff. Unfortunately there’s a short list of things we can’t look past:
- spam, phishing, fraud;
- distributing malware, running botnets;
- attacking other networks — DDoS, brute-force, unauthorised scanning;
- copyright infringement, selling counterfeit goods;
- content involving child exploitation, terrorism, or human trafficking;
- sanction evasion or money laundering.
We don’t enjoy policing things, but if we run into this kind of activity we’ll have to cut access — without a refund.
Payment
We accept crypto via Cryptomus. Funds land on an internal USD balance and are used to buy and renew ports.
Crypto refunds are tricky — exchange rates and network fees live their own life. So if a port is broken in the first 24 hours through our fault and we don’t fix it, we refund the unused part to your balance. For anything non-standard, just write — we’ll work it out.
Prices may change, but that doesn’t apply to periods you’ve already paid for.
When things go wrong
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep everything running, but we can’t promise zero downtime — and we’re not responsible for blocks imposed by the sites you connect to.
Just in case: our total liability is capped at what you’ve paid us in the last 3 months.
Ending things
If you want to stop using the service, just stop. Subscriptions don’t auto-renew: if you don’t extend, the port becomes inactive.
If you need to fully delete your account and the data tied to it, write to support@proxyweb.io and we’ll take care of it.
On our side, we may close an account if it’s misused or breaks these terms. Where possible, we’ll try to reach out first.
Changes
If the rules change, we’ll update this page and the date. If the change is significant and affects your rights, we’ll also drop you an email.
